Office Assistant/Accounting Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks to support the smooth operation of our Canby office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with accounting tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Compensation:
- Hourly pay, $16.00 to $24.00 depending on experience
