Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help manage our administrative operations and drive business growth. This role is key in handling daily office tasks, generating valuable leads, managing social media, optimizing our online presence, and improving client retention.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or office administration and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Compensation:

?? $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience and contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Lead Generation – Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and online channels to drive new business.
?? Sales Follow-Up – Engage with past leads and clients to convert inquiries into booked services and upsell additional offerings.
?? Client Retention – Build strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
?? Social Media Marketing – Create and schedule engaging posts highlighting our work and community involvement.
?? Website & SEO Management – Keep our website updated and optimized for better search engine rankings.
?? Administrative Support – Assist with invoicing, scheduling, and maintaining CRM software (Housecall Pro).

Qualifications:

?? Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
?? Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to engage effectively with customers.
?? Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Google My Business, social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and CRM software (Housecall Pro preferred).
?? Excellent organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
?? Attention to detail – Ensure accuracy in marketing materials and customer interactions.
