About the Role:
 This role is key to providing exceptional service to our members while supporting a range of financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, close, and modify member accounts

• Process and issue consumer loans

• Fulfill routine and complex member transaction needs

• Resolve member issues with professionalism and care

• Provide accurate, efficient, and friendly service

• Support additional branch functions and operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong commitment to member/customer service

• Professional demeanor with effective communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior financial or customer service experience preferred
