Job Description

As the Community Banker, you will develop and manage relationships with high value consumer banking clients that exhibit both consumer and business banking needs to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Business development and retention, identifying referral opportunities, credit analysis, risk management, community involvement, and promoting and cross-selling bank products and services in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support clients’ banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for completing loan transactions, which requires successful registration with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Services).


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a High School Diploma or GED and 5 plus years equivalent financial services experience. 
  • Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is preferred. 
  • Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment. 
  • Must be eligible to hold NMLS credentials; must complete all required training in order to apply for NMLS credentials.

Pay Range

Salary Grade: N67  

Pay Type: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Minimum: $ 21.97

Maximum: $ 40.87
