Bremer Bank is searching for a top Relationship Manager in Business. In this role you’ll work with a collaborative team to source, acquire, and develop new clients along with growing, expanding and maintaining existing relationships. In addition, you will provide credit analysis, loan structure design, risk management, community involvement, and partner services for businesses that have annual revenue from $2M - $30M. You’ll typically manage a loan portfolio of over $30M.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The complexity and size of portfolio managed in this role will be based on years of lending/credit experience.
All individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years (or 9 years’ experience) all the way to seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years related experience (or equivalent 9 years work experience) and experience in:
Credit administration and lending functions
Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate
Experience with business development activities
Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values and foster an inclusive work environment.

Minimum: $ 80,000.00
Maximum: $148,700.00
