Assistant County Attorney

Lyon County, located in SW MN, is accepting applications for the full-time position of Assistant County Attorney I or Assistant County Attorney II. Position placement will depend on qualifications. Duties include criminal prosecution, juvenile matters, child support and other duties as assigned by the County Attorney. Law School graduates sitting for the July 2024 Bar are encouraged to apply.

2024 salary range: $100,000-$134,646.69 

Position is full-time with two pay increases in the first year, full county benefits, PERA pension and 11.5 paid holidays.
